Who did I shoot?

Korbinian Bubenzer is a German cellist whom I don’t know anything else about, except that he gives off a laid-back vibe. But underneath all that, I know he’s a go-getter.

Where did we shoot?

At one of the biggest art museums in the world, the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich, Germany.

Useful to know

Although taking great photos is a collaborative effort, it will happen that your photographer shoots down some of your ideas. It's really nothing personal at all, and the idea itself can be great - but at that particular moment, the light might not be right, or you imagine things differently than they will actually play out in the photo. Keep brainstorming, but in the end, trust the photographer’s visual instinct.

Fun fact

There was another musician photoshoot happening at the same time, just about 20 meters away from us.

I love my job.
